The Clock Tower is the nicest apartment building across from UNC campus. Situated directly across from Gunter hall this building has 8 two bedroom units and 1 one bedroom quiet unit with a comfortable open floor plan. Each has either hardwood floors or new carpet.
On site laundry and private parking. We pay water, sewer, and trash. You pay for electric, gas, and cable/internet of your unit.
This is a NO PETS/NO SMOKING building.
